Notices of Motion are motions put forward by members if they wish to amend or change the constitution. Changes to the constitution can only be made at a General or Special Meeting. The motion is voted on by the members attending the meeting and then if the majority of members agree the change made to the constitution.
The meeting is followed by Presentation of Awards to Point Score winners.
